Adapters for our guests outside Germany are available at reception for a deposit of EUR 7,00 which we will be happy to charge directly to your room bill.
Airport transfer
The nearest airports are Stuttgart (approx. 1 hour), Memmingen (approx. 1.5 hours) or Munich (approx. 1.5 hours). We will be happy to organize an airport transfer for you.
Allergies
Do you have an allergy or intolerance that we should be aware of? Please let us know at reception. We have special allergy-free textiles available. We also offer many gluten-free or lactose-free products at our breakfast buffet.
Art
Throughout ECOME you will find old photographs of the large companies in Heidenheim and the surrounding area. Take your time and look at the interesting photos from the time of industrialization.
aquarena
Our ECO.FRIEND, the HellensteinBad aquarena, is located directly in Heidenheim and is only a five-minute drive from ECOME. In addition to various swimming pools, the sports and leisure pool has a spacious sauna area with a beautiful view of the city of Heidenheim. As a guest at ECOME, you also receive free entry to the pool and sauna during your stay at the hotel.

Arrival & Departure
Your room is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am at the latest. You can find more information under Late-Check-Out.
Baseball
Heidenheim is not only a soccer city, but also has a very successful baseball team. The Heidenheim Heideköpfe play in the 1st Bundesliga. Would you like to attend a home game during your stay? We will be happy to organize tickets for you.
Breakfast buffet
You can look forward to our local breakfast buffet. A rich selection of local products awaits you. Even if you have allergies or intolerances, you are guaranteed not to miss out. Of course, you can also pack your breakfast and take it with you.

Change of linen
To protect our shared environment, your bed linen will be cleaned every three days. If you would like this service more often, just let us know.
Check-In
We will be happy to welcome you personally at our reception for check-in. Your room will be available to you from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Our reception is open daily during the week until 8.00 pm Opening hours vary at weekends. Are you arriving outside opening hours or do you have questions about check-in? We are happy to help you by phone or email. Online check-in is also possible around the clock.
Check-Out
We will be happy to see you off personally at reception. We ask you to leave the room by 11.00 am at the latest on the day of departure. Our reception is staffed from 07.00 am.
Children
We have a selection of children's items, such as an extra bed and crib, ready for you. If you need anything else, you can contact reception at any time.
Comforter
You will find a blanket in the closet in your room. If you need another comforter, you are welcome to contact reception at any time.
Co-Working Area
A co-working area is available in our foyer. Here you can prepare for an evening meeting or answer emails. The co-working area is open for you 24 hours a day.
Culinary delights
Our Hotel Garni offers a rich and regional breakfast.
In our ECO.FRIEND, the Schlossrestaurant on Hugo-Rupf-Platz in Heidenheim, Swabian specialties and culinary highlights await you at lunchtime and in the evening. When the weather is fine, you can also enjoy the view of Hellenstein Castle and the town of Heidenheim from the restaurant's outdoor terrace. Further information is available at reception at any time.

Are you traveling environmentally conscious with your electric vehicle? There is a parking space with an e-charging station right by our main entrance. There is also another charging station just a three-minute walk from our hotel.

Elevator
The elevator is located directly in the stairwell. Children under the age of ten are not permitted to ride the elevator without supervision. The elevator may not be used in the event of fire.

If something happens to you during your stay, please call the emergency call center D-112 immediately.

Help us to use our resources wisely. Even the simplest measures can help. So please turn off the main switch when you leave the room. Thank you very much!

In each room there is a plan with the escape routes in case of fire. Please take a close look at this on arrival.

Freeway exit
Heidenheim is located directly on the A7. The best way to reach ECOME is via the exit Heidenheim.

You can already check in online with the Hotelbird app. You can also use your cell phone as a room key with the Hotelbird app.

Replacement hygiene articles such as toothbrushes, razors etc. are available from our snack vending machine in the foyer.

We provide W-LAN throughout the house free of charge.
Ironing service
You are welcome to borrow an iron and ironing board from us.

Enjoy a liberating run through the city and out into nature. We are happy to share our favorite routes with you.
Late-Check-Out
Would you like to really enjoy your stay with us and make the most of every minute? For a surcharge of EUR 25,00 per person, you can book a late check-out with us until 1.00 pm.
Lokschuppen
The "Lokschuppen" event location is located in the immediate vicinity of the ECOME. Many conferences and congresses as well as evening events take place here. We will be happy to show you the way, which is only a five-minute walk away.
Lounge
Our lounge at the main entrance on the first floor is open for you 24 hours a day. Here you will find our vending machine for checking in outside opening hours, the snack machine and the co-working area.
Main power switch
The main power switch is located next to the room door. This switch controls all the electricity in the room.
Non-smoker
The ECOME is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only possible outside the entrance area. Please use the ashtrays provided.
In the event of non-compliance in the hotel area, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of EUR 150,00.
Opera Festival
The annual opera festival takes place in Heidenheim during the summer months. Opera fans travel from all over Germany and beyond to attend. We will be happy to organize tickets for you and inform you about the current schedule.
Parking lot
Parking in the designated areas in front of the hotel is free of charge for you as our guest. You will receive your parking permit at check-in at reception.

We accept cash payments as well as payments via EC card, Visa and Mastercard.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate pets in our house for hygienic reasons. Thank you very much.

Our reception is staffed from 07.00 am to 08.00 pm during the week. These times vary at weekends.
Room card
You will receive your room card at check-in directly at reception or at the vending machine. You can also open your room with your smartphone. You can find more information on this at Hotelbird.
Smoke detector
Our rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. If you keep hearing a beep, please just let us know. We will then replace the battery in the smoke detector. In the event of an alarm, please keep calm and follow the escape plan.
Snack vending machine
Our snack vending machine is located directly in our foyer and is accessible to you around the clock. Here you will find a small selection of snacks and drinks as well as toiletries.
Supermarket and beverage market
The ECOME is located right next to a Penny supermarket and the Göbel beverage market. In our lobby you will also find a snack vending machine for snacks in between.
